This is a one on one phone consultation discussing which specific dietary recommendations are indicated to help you with your health goals (weight loss, sports performance, general health, specific condition, etc...). The doctor and / or nutritionist will also determine which vitamins, minerals and other specialty nutritional products are indicated to help you achieve your goals. Before the consultation, we will send you out a very specific inventory that you will complete and send back to us to evaluate. This, in addition to the actual consult will provide very specific recommendations to help you the most. Up to 45 minutes will be spent one on one via telephone for this initial consult.
